Zoe and Hutton’s wedding was a dream wedding for me to photograph. The colors they chose, shades of blue and blush appeared gorgeously in details at their wedding. I must hand it to these two. Not only is planning a wedding this picture perfect a difficult feat, but they also balanced planning this wedding with completing their medical degrees a couple of weeks before! Very impressive!
We got to the venue a little early that day to check out the venue.
Shortly after, we arrived at the cottages where Zoe and Hutton were getting ready. We had some extra time, so we took advantage of it by capturing some of the details from their rings, flowers, invitations, and the girls toasting to Zoe! It was clear details were very important to Zoe, as there were several details on her wedding day that honored the memory of her father (photographs at the ceremony, reception, picture locket on her bouquet, and the lace on her dress was tailored perfectly to frame a written note from her father tattooed on her shoulder).
The natural light in the bridal suite was amazing. Look how beautiful Zoe is!!!
Zoe’s mother helped her into her wedding dress, and she did a big reveal with her bridesmaids right before going into the first look with Hutton.
Their first look was in the back lawn, right next to where their ceremony would take place.
The ceremony was outdoors on the back lawn at the Wheeler House. Guests enjoyed watching the ceremony as Hutton’s grandfather officiated.
Before heading to the reception, we finished up with some more family portraits before starting the reception.
Zoe’s mom gave an awesome welcome speech to kick off the reception with good vibes.
At the end of the night, Zoe and Hutton ran below the sparklers into their convertible getaway car.
